Life sometimes seem as an endless sea of obstacles and storms. One difficulty following another that appear out of nowhere into our lives and it seems like they’re all trying to drown us.

After going through many different challenging situations in my life and learning along the way how things really work, I’ve come to the point where this feeling of pain and anxiety just stopped. No more sleepless nights, no more worrying every minute of every day about this or that while trying to negotiate some quiet time from my thoughts. I’ve decided to change myself and to learn some of the tools that helped others to achieve progress in their lives.

I noticed, over time, that I’ve began to see solutions where others saw only problems. It was a massive turning point for me and it made me realize that many people around the world experience the same predicament I was in and not sure how to make it stop.

My main passion is psychology on all it’s forms and reaches, combined with my love to learning many different wakes of life helped me to reach the point where people around me, older and younger than me, come to me for advice, where they can’t see a way out or just wish for someone to listen, really listen, to them.

And so, the endless sea of obstacles and storms becomes the endless sea of possibilities.

I’m here to help.

I wear many hats, which is funny considering most real hats don’t suite me at all, but think of someone that is there for you to help with whatever you need, even if all you want is someone to listen. I can help you to find solutions, be someone to talk to, to consult with, to shed some light in a very dark time and to ping-pong or brainstorm with.
That’s what I do.
My perspective is different than what you’d call “normal” and it can help people to understand and solve difficulties they encounter in a different way.
I’m not a shrink nor a magician, I’m just here to help.

You were most likely sent here by someone you know, someone you trust, that thinks I might be able to assist you in some way. So, how may I help?

Have you recently lost your job and not sure how to continue?

Do you have a new business in mind but you’re all alone and would love to brainstorm with someone?

Did your life just got a nasty twist and you’re not sure how to deal with the new situation?

Did you come here to search for something you’re not sure how to express?

Either it being your personal life or your work you’re more than welcome to talk to me. Let’s see where we go from there, no obligations… For now 🙂

“At the end of the day a person can only help himself, but sometimes we all need a push in the right direction…”

HOW IT WORKS

Things you find difficult to handle burden your mind all day long, even when you’re not aware of them.

Your mind is trying to find a solution to whatever it is you’re troubled with but is too occupied by other things it needs to handle, day-by-day, that it can only concentrate on the difficult part of the equation – the problem.

It’s like holding a heavy weight with your hand stretched out straight, have you ever tried that? How long before it becomes too much for your body to handle? Not too long, right? The same thing happens to your mind.

The good news are that this situation can be either avoided or solved, that’s where I come in. I help you with, first, to identify the things that bother you most. Then we clean out the noise a bit so that you’ll feel better and could breath. Then we try to find the solutions that you’ve been so desperately looking for.

THE FINE PRINT

A few things I should add as fine print, to make sure we don’t start on the “wrong foot”:

  • The first hour is free. We’ll get to know each other and see if we both think this is a good match.
  • My primary objective is to help people, however, my services still cost money. My current hourly rate is 40€ and we can discuss it on our first meeting.
  • If we decide to work together, I’ll provide you with a short contract to sign.
  • I speak both Hebrew and English. You have to be able to sufficiently speak one of these languages for us to be able to communicate.

Practice Sessions

Practice is a very important part of your personal growth but it’s sometimes hard to start to practice on your own or to keep it up once you’ve already started.

Whether you’re not sure which exercise to do first, where to start, how to progress, or want someone to help you to keep it up while you’re going through your daily routine, I’m here for you.

Go to the Practice Sessions packages page and choose the one that you’d like, we can then talk a bit about what you want to achieve and move from there.

Or, go to the Contact page if you have some questions.
